Default Stock Cd Deck Error

i have an 05 scion tC and it has a 6 disk cd changer. a couple of weeks ago i went to switch to a diffrent cd and it said error 4. it wouldnt let me change the cd, eject the cd or anything. but i could listen to the radio . so i did that till i got to where i was going. about an hour later i go into my car and it said error 3. but this time i still couldnt eject the cd but i could change it. so i changed to a diffrent disk and then right back to the one that made it have the error and pressed eject. now last night i bought a new cd and i was listening to disk 3 which i didnt want to take out so i switched to dish 4 to see what it was and it said error 4 again. and its been like 10 hours since then and it still says error 4. right now3 im at work so when i get off im going to the scion dealership here but dose any one know why it dose this?

i had the same error 4 issue, i just took it to the dealer and they replaced it. Seems like they had seen the problem before and theres nothing you can do to fix it.

that error four is soooo anoying especialy when on the expressway. you probly already figured out that turning off the car resets it. anyways ive talked to people that get their deck replaced only to get the same error code on the new one. someone on thif site was on their 3rd deck! it seems like most of the changers do it. im going to try to get them to give me the ipod radio instead. it might save alot of aggravation.
