cap off the brown you do not need them, they are used as a ground. The white would be the left side of the channel and the grey would be the right. I prefer to hook them up to the rear so when you fade them front and back the sub will fade with the rear.

Take your white wire and connect it to the brown wire on the back of the radio. Take white/black and connect it to yellow. This will be the left rear speaker. Take your grey wire and connect it to red and then take your grey/black and connect it to white.

If you have more questions please let me know.

Are there any lights on the amp that will turn on? Protect light, a light that lets you know its on... anything? The only thing I can recommend to you without knowing more is to check your fuse not only on the power wire but on the amp itself. Should be a 30 amp fuse (on most amps). If you have a volt meter measure out the remote turn on wire when you have accessory power and the power wire. If you do not have power there then thats your problem... let me know what you find out.
