Stupid issue with tints.

Stupid issue with tints.
Hi all,
I'm new to the forum, this is my first post..... bought my 08 Scion TC a few weeks ago and got it tinted with %20 3M film. I waited a whole week like the guy told me in the shop before I put them down and even cleaned them with windex. My problem is that the windows make a horrible squeaking/vibrating noise when I bring them up, it's really annoying and embarissing in my brand new car.
The guy at the shop tells me there is a rubber seal in the door panel that is making that noise(he said the Acura RSX) has the same issue, anyway he wants to pull the door panels off and remove the lower seal thing. I don't want to do this, any suggestions?
The windows don't make any noise on the way up. I was thinking about putting some lubrication on the window and then putting it up and down to try and lube the rubber peice inside, what do you guys think?

Make him fix it. Clearly it is his fault.

wtf?
the reason WHY u want to remove the glass, is so you can tint the whole glass. A shotty install is to leave the glass on the door and to tint 1/2 or so below the where the glass stops when the window is fully up.
This helps prevent the tint from peeling.

My tint goes all the way up to the window line, not 1/2" from the top 3/4" from the top whatever....
I guess they are professional in putting on tint with the windows on.

The rubber seal is folded the wrong way at the top of the window. You don't even have to take the door panel off. Just stick a credit card down in there and pry it back up the right way. And a good tint installer doesn't have to remove door panel or window to apply the tint.

Thanks
Thanks to all for you answers...... I am going to try and remove the door panel myself becuase he wants to charge me $30 a panel, I had to fix the upper weatherstrip when I got the car back because it was all folded down so hopefully the bottom one is just screwed up. I think i saw a quick walkthrough somewhere to remove the door panel, I'll have to dig it up.
Thanks again everyone!!
