sub question
i was wondering what amp would be powerful, doesn't overheat easily, & durable enough to run 1 JL W6 besides the jl 500/1 b/c im low on my budget thanx
and one more noob question... if the subs puts out 600W... will me buying an amp with, say 1000W in power... overkill the sub? or should i stick with an amp with matching 600W?

well.... I'd suggest 500-700 watts..... 1000 might be a little much....
Need to know what impedance (measured in ohms) the sub is... I believe they have dual 2ohm, dual 4ohm, and dual 6ohm options.... let us know which one you have...

I got the box and subs off ebay for 160 shipped... the HO wedge boxes sound REALLY nice!! They can hit fast if needed or low if needed...
Here's a memphis 1000watt amp that'll put 600x1 into a 2ohm mono load (which is what your sub will be, wires in parallel)

here's an MTX 600x1 @ 2ohm mono amp
