Default SUBWOOFER SET UP PICS!!

Looking for ideas on how to set up a subwoofer in the back of my TC. Can you guys PLEASE post PICS of your subwoofer setup. Leaning toward an 8" Powered Bazooka Tube......good idea or bad idea?

Thanks

I would leanaway from it, and get the factory Bazooka enclosure. I sure someone on here or ebay might be selling one.

I would only recommend the OEM one if you can get it under $200 (though I know trdsparks.com has it for like $265 or something), and don't have the dealer install it. Just go to them and have them print out the instructions for you to do it - it's cake.

I would rethink the idea of getting a subwoofer tube. You will be happier in the end.

My setup isn't done so I won't post it...but it's retarded.

I'd lean towards a single 10 or 12 for normal folks though...might not fit as well as the bazooka but infinitely more happiness will come.

2 each 12" MB Quart subs. Still have room for basic items in back, larger things, remove the sub enclosure in 2 minutes (and a little muscle, it's kinda heavy)

6.5" Components up front and everything in back was around $1000 total parts. You can get them even cheaper now...MB Quart is selling package sub/amp deals and component/amp deals.

See the link below for my setup

2 JL10W6v2 on a custom fiberglass box and it's powered by Eclipse 7122 Competition Class mono block. I also have MB Quarts Premium 6.5" & 5.25 "
component speakers in my tC to replace the factory OEM and it's powered by a
4 Channel Eclipse amp.

The fiberglass box is small but heavy but I can pack more than enough for a long weekend for 2 people.

I got them off ebay for $120 or something like that for the pair. Audiovox 5.6". Fit perfect and easy to install.
