what happened to the indention by the handle?

A brighter blue would of been a better color choice.

Its not really finished yet ,just like a mock up for now .Im planning on taking it back apart and using a high tack spray to really mold it to the door . That was the best color blue i could find so i just went with it

removing the door panel is easy theres only 3 screws one behind the little access door and 2 behind the big handle trim, then there are like 4 screws that hold the bottom part of the midsection on and a couple plastic welds but dont take them apart unless u have a plastic welder kit

Ahhh thats why it looks wavy. You didnt take out the mid-section of the door. You dont need a plastic welder to put the piece back on. You take some small screws and just screw it back on. You will get a much better fit with the suede and it wont look wavy on the top.

hmm...The color of the suede doen't really match well w/ the painted Interior pieces. Maybe if you didn't have the door handles painted it look better!

Sorry, but that looks really bad. I know you're not done, and I hope it turns out much better when you are.

I think it looks awesome.
I have a small tear in my driverside door in the mid section and I want to either replace it, or do this.
You should have done a step-by-step for noobs like me.

If you can direct me to any good info, it would be appreciated.

Nice work!

Workmanship looks good but not a fan of the color.

How much did you spend on this complete mod?
I'm guessing you took off the stock fabric first, right? (stupid question)
Now I really want to do it... but with a dark gray/black suede...
