Default Sunroof Malfunction

Anyone had a similar problem? Thankfully it is closed, but it does not do anything at all. I don't even know what fuse it would be. Though, I figure if it was a fuse that I would have other electrical malfunctions, but everything else is good. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Have you recently disconnected your battery for any electrical work? Installing HU, amp, speakers, etc?

I had the same problem too when i installed my system. Reset the electrical by disconnecting the battery for a little bit. Then start the car and hold the sunroof button for like ten seconds or until it opens. That should fix it unless something else is wrong.

fuse #33... the S/ROOF
located in the interior fuse box.. it's a 20A fuse.. fyi.

disconnecting the battery will only cause the auto function to not work, which can be easily reset... but if it doesn't work at all... yeah.. check that fuse first.

Yes I had disconnected the battery when I installed my supercharger. But I noticed that it was working after the install and then it seemed kinda unreliable, it was hesitating a bit when closing, and I remembered that I had opened it up all the way and it wasn't cooperating when trying to close it. I'll try all of your suggestions, it sounds like it could be a setup/ reset issue like with the windows. Thanks for the info!!!!!! I'll give it a shot.

is your tC still in warranty? if so, perhaps take it to a dealership if you can't figure it out on the forums? haha always be wary of taking it to the dealership but if all else fails, might as well.. good luck nonetheless

Nope the warranty expired loooong ago. But holding the stupid button down for 10 seconds fixed it the problem. => It wasn't working at all, and now it is working just fine. Thanks!!
