Default taillights issue

i did a search and couldn't find anything. so hopefully u guys can help me out. for some reason my whole back end taillights went out when i step on the brake pedal. the bulbs work. i never changed the bulbs out. the third brake light (oem) doesn't light up either. i changed the fuse and made sure its pushed all the way in and still nothing. they turn on and light up with the remote lock, turn signals r working properly, but the brake lights still don't turn on. any one know how to fix this issue?

Default Lights out.

Probably your brake light switch. # 84340-69025 retail is $30.09, but your local dealer will probably ask more than that. We sell those for $23.47 +8.95 shipping.

Your turn signals are the ones that light up with your unlock/lock from your keypad. Take it to the dealer if it is still under warranty.

yeah i figured that out yesterday....but the bulbs work thats for sure. i took it in yesterday and the mechanics can't replicate the problem and couldn't find the issue. i didnt leave it over night cause i mean it works. so now again today it didnt illuminate again when i hit the brakes. i hope this doesn't pose an issue seriously even if it IS under warranty.
