We did the key covers for a customer as an add on to his order... We are trying to figure a way to mass produce them but getting the key cut on the customer end is something we're trying to get down...

As for the console, it runs about $250... Its a big piece and its why we got into smaller surface are parts like window switch plates...

 

I'm not sure I understand what you said key cut from customer?

 

I mean, we can get blanks and dip them in a variety of patterns but then once you buy it, you'd have to go get the blank key cut for your personal car. Any suggestions?

Yeah, its key in plastic... man, it would be great if it was just the cover.

You would have to bring the blank key we dipped to your dealer to have it cut. I just called my parts guy and he said they'd charge $15 and would need your VIN#.

Ehh, not sure on sinlge key orders yet, we'd probably charge $25 -$30 for 4 faces / 2 complete keys witout any other parts needing to be dipped. That price is not set in stone because we have to look at how many we'd be doing... One-off stuff or select just a few patterns and blow out a bunch. Hmmmm. We are also looking into matching sunglasses we will be buying to kits folks order. Lots of options but we have to sell more interior parts products to Scions before we go too ahead of ourselves.
