x2 on the eD nine.1 amp. I have this amp powering 2 tcsounds tc-1000s

 

it depends on what type of music you listen to
1 bass get 2 10'' and power them god at least 75%-80% of the RMS power
you don't have to power your stock speakers if you want clarity upgrade EVERYTHING

 

good choice, should move some air. Rather go with fi audio myself but since your at it, get the ed nine.1

fi audio is actually new to me as of about 30min. believe it or not-they look like some good subs too

Don't worry, Fi is new to pretty much everybody. TC sounds makes some Awesome woofers, great choice!

 

I love my tc-1000s, even though they're only 8s they get crazy loud

 

the tc-2000 is sick. a quote right from that page...

"The TC-2000 subwoofers are engineered for sealed, ported or passive box enclosures and designed with medium to high power capabilities in mind. We recommend an amplifier between 500 and 2000 watts RMS per driver."

i would give it at least 1000 watts in a ported box.

also i hope you already ordered it cause their prices are going up 50-100% on everything.

 

They keep moving their deadline. A few days ago they said August 6 but now they moved it to the 10.

 

i think it will be when their current inventory is sold out. so however long that takes.

 

yeah i just ordered two yesterday-$249 each
i don't want to sound like an idiot but i wanna put atleast 1,000watts into each and it's a 4 ohm sub so wouldn't i need something other than an eD Nine.1?

 

if you want 1000watts to each you'll need an amp that'll do 2000watts @ 2ohms. Here's a solution:
