Default TC Stock Alarm System

I'm new to the forum but I've had my Tc for a year and a half. This is the first time I've had a real issue. Now that its 4th of July, my neighbors around me are setting off fireworks constantly. Last night, they were setting off ones with huge explosions which was setting off the alarm on my Tc. I kept having to get up to turn it off with the key. Is there anyway to turn off the alarm for the night? I believe I have the stock alarm. Thanks for any help.

just pull the horn and hazard fuse out. That will kill the horn and the flasher until you put it back in. Another way is to turn the sensitive on the alarm down.

I don't think its scion security. Doesn't that have some switch next to the mirror adjustments?

not a switch, but an alarm light there... i guess your dealer just sold you a third party alarm system and installed it for you.

but yea, i would follow emptystreets advice and for the time being just pull out the fuse untill the 5th or 6th of July! good luck

there is a light there that blinks when the alarm is set. when i originally got the car, I swear the dealer said there was a switch down by the hood release to turn the alarm off but I looked before and there was nothing.

If they're anything like my neighbors they'll be drunk and just aim them at your house instead.
