been planning on doing that for mine also. A couple tweaks for my plan tho. Swap spots for the tach and speedometer and when it hits at a certain rpm, the gauge cluster will change colors.


I know nothing of 1217 but they both seem very similar in what they do.

Really want to send mine in, but I shouldn't be buying stuff as a college student haha. But I bought dome lights from garage1217. Great products. They came in professional packaging which I was surprised, but not going to be surprised anymore because he certainly takes pride in his work. Maybe one of these days when the tC can sit around for a week, I'll send them out, or maybe have a florida trip and get it all done in no time.

 

Does garage 1217 do color changing gauges? say once you hit 6000 rpm the gauge could change from a blue to a red?

 

I do not do color - color changes per say, I do white - whatever color you want changes though

 

Can these swaps be bought already assembled? I daily my car everyday and utilize my HVAC and cluster, of-course, also everyday ..and so I cannot afford to do without them.

 

Sorry, only the hvac can be purchased. The gauge clusters are mated to the car so the original has to be modified.
