Default Truly tragic Quality Control/Customer Care from ShiftStyle

I'm truly sorry I have to do this but if it gets me some results, so be it. I ordered a black leather shift boot for my TC from ShiftStyle and what I received looked as if it were sewn by a monkey. The stitching is so loose that the thing is practically falling apart already. I've emailed them several times, over the course of several days, expressing my displeasure and disapointment with their product and they have NOT responded. They did, however send me an email suggesting that I buy their matching handbrake boot....Yeah, AS IF. I suggest you refrain from doing business with this TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Here are a couple of pics:

Doesnt look that much different from stock either. Why did you order it? You can roll the stock one down and put the collar back in it for a short shifter just the same.

Anyhow, have you tried calling them?

Ehh I know shiftstyle is a new and upcoming business, but it should have been in their best interest to satisfy the customers. Sorry you had to receive an ugly boot like, makes me consider buying one from redline.

I got it cuz it's leather and I wanted it to match my seats which I had done in leather this past winter. They came out really well. Truly tragic that SHIFSTYLE has expressed no interest in making it right. Definately go with Redline. Shoulda done that myself.
I haven't called them because I can't find a phone # for them. Anyone have it?

yea that doesnt look right....looks unfinished....you can contact the Better Business Bureau about it if within a week or 2 they still dont repsond....trust me, they will get things done. i've had much success with the BBB when companies try to turn a blind eye or ignore the customer. lemme kno if u need any help.

My Redline boot is probably as well made as I have seen a product........I have to recommend them..........been nearly a year and my brake boot is still as good as new and the stitching is perfect........

An email was sent to you stating we would be sending out a new boot to you.

Something clearly was overlooked on this order, and we apologize for that.

If you look at our other thread, you will see a long list of happy customers - so this is not typical of the of quality we offer.

We apologize again for this, and we will have the replacement sent out to you right away.

Thank you again
