Urgent Help Needed - Screwed Up My Gauge Cluster
Hey Guys,
I have a 2006 Scion tC and I tried to to an led swap on my speedo/tacho/fuel cluster. I've never soldered before and thought I could do it, but after getting everything back together here's my issue. The lcd screen where mileage is displayed lights up blue just fine, and the right blinker changed to white this fine.
However, these only come on when the gauge lights are off. If i turn them on, the entire thing stays dark and my Hvac/clock lights go off too. I'm assuming I soldered a resistor poorly or something but I'm too scared to try to troubleshoot. I really don't know what I'm doing.
Can anyone fix this for me if I sent the cluster your way? I'd offer payment obviously.
I'm just distraught right now because I can't afford to go without a car long and now I can't see my gauges at night.
