Usb/aux ports

Has anyone replaced the usb and aux port cables. Are they standard usb and male 3.5mm plugs at the head unit. Replaced the tunes in my Tundra and wanted to use panel mount ports the tc has a nice set up.

No, you probably cant re-use them. They aren't usb or 3.5mm at the head unit. Just a bunch of random wiring.
