Default VERY Custom LED MODS Gauge Conversion! tee hee! :)

So I'm always thinking outside of the box, and taking the gauge conversions to the next level. Here is my current mod.

Click the link below to see the video. I will make an animated gif pretty soon.

how would you install that if I were to purchase a setup from you? Mixing and matching colors is ok right?

Yea, the higher the rev's go, the more red the needles get. At lower rev's, the needle is white. The speedometer is the same way. At redline, the needles is very red.

Yes, you can mix and match any color you like. I have always in stock blue, white, red, green, yellow, orange, pink, and UV.

Yea, my local customers appreciate being so close to me. I do have a lot of customers all over the country, so you are welcome to ship your gauges. I probably won't be creating a DIY for this, as I had to rewire a lot on the circuit board, and add my own LED's.

It gradually gets more red the faster you go. It wouldn't be as cool if it went from white at 1-2krpms, to red at 3-4 rpms. Same with the speed.

Nice stuff!

I am working on something similar as well. Different approach, but similar base idea. I get very little time lately to do stuff like this. A few mods and kit here and there, but have to spend time with my family as well!

Very good work on yours. looks like the same type of setup the temp **** uses, so you get the gradient glow around the needle as well, which is nice. Keep it up!

nice.... always had that going with my other gradient gauges but my customers never wanted to seperate the gauge and the needle itself

well... i'm used to thinking inside the box and finding ways to change that... (vice thinking outside of it.. )... thus the old school lcd reversal stuff was what came to mind for that other stuff..

time consuming but well worth it.. good job paul!
