hey, i got a better idea, why don't you just focus on driving instead of watching DVD's when your eyes should be on the road? just a thought is all.

i usually do, its usually the passenger/s on long road trips to shows (cuz they are too damn lazy to take their own car, plus i usually only play music vids if anything )

yeah, same here. i'll also pop a dvd in on the drive to work if traffic is really bad, and it makes all the waiting seem much shorter. i find the temptation to look down while i'm actually driving isn't really there. the worst that happens is the light will change green, and someone will honk at me because i'm not moving.

For the bypass, I dont reccomend it for movies. But I did do mine for the other options it allows. Like changing your destination without having to pull over. Or finding an atm without having to pull over. But movies, are way to distracting, even if its for the passengers, you are bound to look at it.

But for the bypass, if its a AVIC go to the link psted.

I had mine bypassed but never used it unless on a long trip but not for me, its for my wife. If ever you do it make sure you have decipline in yourself not just a kid who wants to be cool.. I always have my ipod on while its playing movie, it works for me to keep me from distraction.
