Ok so i can get an eclipse avn6600 plus the eclipse mre700 daul headrest monitor package for a little under 1600 bucks or i can a panasonic CQ-VD6503U buy it now off ebay for 500 bucks. I already have all the rest of my components for my system or more of a matter of how soon i want to get it done. Thing is i'm used to panasonics menus and setting but not all that thrilled about them, and i'm not really sure how use i'll get out of the navigation on the eclipse.

 

The Eclipse is a great unit, and I'm WAY not a fan of the panasonic... I run the alpine IVA-W200, which is kind of in the middle of the two... hmm... tough call.

 

even if you use the navigation feature just once, it's worth it in the time saved hassling with maps, atlases, etc etc.

go for the eclipse, do it right the first time.

 

^ nav is overratted... but nifty anyways... I am just anti-panacrappic... LoL...

 

hmm.. i'd pick the eclipse over the panasonic.

but i like pioneer's navi systems layout.. it looks better imo..

 

^ i agree. id get the d2 or the z1 cause i as well am a pioneer fan. but if its between eclipse and panasonic.. get the eclipse by far. :D
