The one I have is a BL fully loaded. With 2000watts to a BTL you will barely tickle the sub, might as well go with a BL. Go to the Fi forums and they will probably tell you the same. But yeah the sub sounds good. I am currently reconing a 12" RE SX with Fi soft parts.

how much are you selling the RE SX for?

I was looking to get 225 out of it with or without 2.0cuft ported to 32hz box. MSRP for a 12" RE SX is $499, NIB off of ebay price is around $339, woofersetc price $436. Basically a after the recone its a new sub.

I washed the car, And no if you read on the fi forums (i have) bl is good to right under 2k, they specificly say once you hit the 2k mark its best to be looking at the btl, of if i can find a 06 xxx THAT would be my first choice.

Its not bad guarantee im in 140's on new termlab, i would be louder but the hx2 is reaching its mechanical limits. I need a 2k sub lol!

nice, 140's for sure. reaching mechanicals limits is no fun. look into audioque, i want thier hd312 so bad. people have given them 4000 watts daily and have been fine. my ten inch Treo SSi hits 134.1 on the new termlab but i want a little more now.
