where can I find it ???
Hi,
I just purchase my Scion TC last week with the factory stereo (Pioneer AM/FM/CD Head Unit (MP3 and Satellite controller capable).
As you know the 2006 TC has an AUX input (jack) beside the cigarette lighter output located in the console box.
My question:
Where can I found this cable which has an IPOD connector, mini plug output and the cigarette lighter plug?
I want to charge my IPOD while I listen music through the stereo, I know I will have to control everything from the IPO... that’s no problem!
Any site where I can order this particular cable... I am looking also to be in back color.
I just find this one which the audio mini plug is female, it has to be male.
The cable also looks to short.

Thanks for all.

well you can get that and then go to radio shackand buy this cable
Here's the link if you want to buy it via the net. http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...entPage=familyI'm sure you can find it for alot less if you shop around. Try best buy or CC.
Although it seems you are looking for some type of integrated solution, basically you'll only find the solution like that posted in post 2.
The simplest way is to have a male-to-male 3.5 mm stereo cable (can find it at radioshack) + a car charger for your iPod. All done

zero-x's method is actully the most efficient. just using the headphone jack wont give you the best quality. however using the dock connector audio out will because it gives you a line level out of the ipod. and you can also charge it through the unit also, which is a def+ and control whethere its charging or not. now whereas if it makes electrical noise when its charging im not too shure about, but having the option to choose if it is charging or not is awesome. :D
this is kinda off topic but does anybody know what i need to do so my steering wheel controls can work again? i got a headunit and the controls dont work anymore.. and i forgot what the thing was called that i need to make the controls worka gain
its called the PAC SWI-X if you have any deck (universal) and if you have a sony or pioneer deck its a PAC SWI-PS (specific for pioneer and sony decks). i got mine off crutchfield for like $60.
