Default Where to get a replacement panel?

Hello everyone, first post here. I recently bought an 07 tC and the dumba** who owned it before me cut out the panel on the side of the dash (where the radio and HVAC unit is), I'm assuming to access the wire under both the radio and HVAC are. Its the black panel to the right of, and below the steering wheel, where the panel meets the carpet material. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where to find a replacement panel or how to cover it up well so it's not noticeable. I'd be forever grateful. Thanks guys.

TLS Auto Recycling (Toyota, Lexus, Scion). Right here....they'll mail it to you for a fee. But be careful, thier prices are crazy high. I needed airbags for my Scion and they wanted $400 for the passenger side and $200 for the drivers side. I ended up buying both of them used from a guy parting out his for $40 each.
