Default Where to put tweeter from 2nd set of components?

As the title states, where would be a good place to put the tweeters? I know someone has this already, but I cant remember where I read it to ask. Just looking for ideas (and/or pics) so I can get good sound imaging and have it look clean with the rest of interior. Thanks...

Realistically, no where.

2nd set of tweeters is gonna mess up the soundstage very nice.

how so? I thought that by adding in another set of tweeters, it would make music sound better since the highs would be coming from the front and the back.

Adding a couple more tweets wont affect sound staging.

I've been planning on doing this for a while as well. I just can't get the highs I want from the stock tc speakers.

I'm planning on mounting them on the front dash in the corners or on the side pillars where the seatbelt cover is, right next to passenger's heads.

I'm probably just gonna get a 5 1/2" component set, replace the stock rear speakers with the component woofers, and remote mount the tweets as described above.

^^^Almost all SQ competitors only use one set of components up front, and most don't even have rear speakers.....mainly to avoid addition of sound waves & reflections.....

For the smaller component dome tweeters, a nice discreet location is on those triangular "sail" panels up front (on front doors, in front of windows, where the outside mirror mounts). Very easy to pop that off and drop the wiring down inside door panel to your mid-bass/crossover location. Gives nice "sweetening" fill to front stage without smacking you upside your ears by using the door-pillar spot.

What it will actually do is cause a lot of cancellation since the wavelengths are short enough.

Unless perfectly placed, you're going to end up with a lot of awkward peaks and valleys in the higher frequencies.

It absolutely WILL mess up a soundstage.
