Where you drill stock mounting for Pioneer D2?
I didn't drill it and it does not fit with cover. its a little bit stuck out
Is this where everyone drilled with 3/16" to 3/8" drill?

when i ordered mine from crutchfield they gave me some brackets to use to install the d2, it closes but i have to push it so it will clicks so i know when its shut.

i'm pretty sure you can purchase a double-din mount for the tC at Best Buy so you wont need to bother with drilling your stock mounts.

they have double din mount for tC? it comes for tC? how does it look like?

The picture above doesn't look like the mount - it looks like the gap fillers on the sides, which you don't need (and I couldn't get to mount right). Do what they did at the top and redrill those holes - you have to move it back if you want to get the door closed. Also, the D2 comes with a trim ring which at first won't fit under the door cover thing. If you dremel down the top and bottom, however, it will fit. Give it a shot - it's worth it!
