Your ran your power with your audio cables, that or its your ground, and you havea bad ground connection. Find a better spot.

When I unplug my SIRIUS I hear it in my car as well. Mine sounds like a whine. Just be sure to run your Power wire down the Driver's side of the car and your Audio cables down the Passenger's side. Check your ground to the HU also. And make sure you're ground is BARE METAL. (If you have a Sub?) Paint effects the ground.

Basically, do what tc2nut4 said!!!
