Default Will these Sparco pedal work?

Will these work on a tC? I know they are probably universal, but does it match the screw holes, etc?

Sweet, what do you think of them? Think they'll look good?

What about this?

I was at the dealer and I took the stock one off and see what it looked like and there was a LONG shaft and I feel like if I put this on, you will still be able to see the shaft, I want the top of the boot to meet with the bottom of the shifter, without having any of the shaft showing. So, what you think?
