I am confused all about the wiring and harness stuff. Which clearly is most of the install. If anyone can help, pictures or anything. Ive searched, but its like looking at pics of the finished product all done. Thanks again

what exactly are you having trouble with... more detail would help... go more into detail and i can try to help you...

 

i have in front of me, the wiring from the box, and 2 harness that are for the toyota. I got wires everywhere lol. I know to match colors with colors. (black one is confusing me a little) then from there, i got the speed senor, no idea where i even need to put that. This will probably be the 1st and last time i try to install anything myself. i was just trying to save a few bucks. lol

What year is your tC? The VSS wire goes one of 2 places depending on if it is an 05-06 or an 07. Also all of the colors match up. There are a couple you don't hook up. The black preferably from the HU should go to a good ground instead of to the factory harness. There is a bolt with another wire grounded to it on the left of the dash that should be visible with the HU out that works well.
