i'm so glad i got that mod for negative $600 from the dealer
conversion looks good though! i would probably do the same if i had an auto, but then i'd be called a ricer by EVERYONE i know, oh well.

jonathan - how the hell is this a repost? it's my mod... sure someones done it before, but you you say REPOST.... everytime someone posts an intake? (so gtfo...) and I didn't pay too much... I paid 38 for the boot, 49 for the ****, and 0 for the install, stop acting like a tard...

I'm ok with shift boot conversions as long as the person doesn't go around trying to pretend they have a manual. For example, many luxury cars have leather shift boots on their slushy versions.
But I do have a problem when people do it to make it look like they have a manual when they really don't

lol its alright we got a few slushies over there anyways
i'm picking up my brand new auto tc on friday, along with a shift boot, which i plan to put on as soon as i get home from the dealership.
personally, i hate the gear indicator on the auto tc. those big P,R,D letters and the jagged line it makes just looks bad. i'm not doing it to fool anyone into thinking i have a manual, and i'm sure most of us that are doing this mod aren't either. (except maybe the guy talking about a fake cluth and a shift pattern sticker) it's just more aesthetically pleasing.
