Default yet another n00b question

I'm new to changing head units and speakers and such and I've been interested in learning to do so. I was hoping to start with changing speakers and I was curious to know how to take off the door panel in the scion tc... I know this is kind of a ridiculous question, but hey, I figure I'd have to try and learn some day.
