That's what it looks like:
You just cut a piece a bit longer than what you're covering, work it over the hose(s), trim the excess, and re-install the hose(s).

I could be wrong, but it appears to me that Toyota made one type of harness for use on all 4 (2 high, 2 low) lights. This would explain why it handles an OEM 9005 bulb so well.
Avoid luminics or other fancy B.S. Just get OEM "brights". They'll work great. You run into trouble when you start getting fancy (silverstars don't last for crap, blue tint REDUCES light output, etc.)

What color are the OEM brights? Yellow lights annoy the hell out of me, something closer to 6500k is a must. I know it's not as bright as yellow light, but I know it'll be bright enough regardless

Everything you see there haha. The outlet splitter has been replaced by a ScanGauge II now, but the shifter, outlet splitter, no smoking plug, and strawberry air freshener all totaling about...$45 (mostly the shifter).

If you utilize it to its full capability I would say yes. It's helped me increase my gas mileage by about 10mpg and if anything goes wrong electronically in your car it diagnoses things instantly. You'll also become your friends favorite person because its easily removed and used on another car.
