07 Scion tC vs. 95 240sx
well my friend and i finally did a quick pull on the highway from like 50 to 80 (3rd gear). Anyway he has a 95 240 with a KA an intake and I was driving my tC with Injen CAI and TRD exhaust and I beat him all three times. Each time he did the honks and i pulled on him a good 2 car lengths every time lol. He always has said how slow my car is so we finally solved that issue lol. I mean both of our cars are "slow" but whatev lol. Anyway his car obviously handles way better with MUCH better weight distribution and being WAY lower. But anyway just thought i'd let those know. Do not try and replicate...street racing is bad. But all we did was do a 3rd gear pull on a highway with a 65 mph speed limit with like no traffic so it was pretty safe. Anyway enjoy...
Lies. The KA can handle boost better than the SR20's can. If you really want to be "balla", though, you need an RB.
The 240 isn't supposed to be a rapid quick drag machine. It's designed for being great when you turn the wheel, hence the 50/50 distribution. Lowered a bit with a stiffer shock/spring combo, throw on some light 17s, and give it some negative camber... trust me, you won't care how slow it might be in a straight line as soon as you start taking some corners.
