there are only so many legal colors you can run, pretty much white, and amber, anything else is illegal.

I have "super white" bulbs in mine. They have a blue tint to them, and look nice when on alone.

any lights that you have in your car that are visible while it is moving down the road are limited.

your running lights, as in lights on your car that are visible while the car is rolling down the road are limited to pretty much what the car comes with, headlights have to be white, turn signals amber cept the rear turn signal can be red.

for the most part you can't have colored visible on your car while it is driving down the road, no green, red, purple, pink or blue lights on your car.

you can probably get away with yellow, or orange or amber or super white or something.

My friend has Blue and he has ABSOLUTELY NO TROUBLE with law enforcement. You can't even see them when you have you're headlights turned on...And if there's a cop that looks hard enough to see the LED's, chances are he's gonna hit something before he turns around to get you....

he is talking about the 08 headlights, which have the parking light in the high beam housing, which is still very visible when the low beam is turned on. it isn't like the 05-07 headlight housing that has the parking light in the same housing as the low beam which becomes completely unnoticible when the low beam is on. so no he wouldn't have much of a problem with them being blue.

i know that there are plenty of people who don't have problems with blue lights and law enforcement on their cars, but that changes from area to area, person to person, cop to cop whether or not they pull you over and hassle you.

I switched from07's to 08's and mine are blue led's but I do have HID's so I don't think they are as noticable but still as drax said they are A LOT more noticable then the 07's, the 07's just blended right in with the low beam.

law enforcement and laws are different in each state, but yes colors like blue, green, yellow, purple, etc. are illegal to have
