sorry to hear.... their fault i'm sure? any pics of the tragic incident? ... and at least you are okay... or it seems like.

I have pictures, but i dont know where to upload them. Cops wrote down it was his fault 100% so his insurance is gonna cover my car. Hope i get a little more and im getting the supercharger. But the car wont be the same anymore even if its fixed. Im so ____, its only 2 weeks old. Im okay but the impact banged up against my shoulders, so i might have to get it checked out my shoulder doesnt seem like its where it supposed to be.

 

just like mine. mine was only two weeks old when it was hit from behind by a drunk driver. but it got fixed and all is good.

 

ummm.....i highly doubt you'll have enough for the S/C once you get done fixing your car......and if I were you....i wouldn't skimp any on havin' the car fixed...

 

seems llike the tc is a magnet for accidents, far more then the xa or xb......at least what has been posted. Sucks that if you go to sell it you will only get ripped off...

Ouch! Its amazing that cybergypsy hates this car so much that she even blames accidents on it. Yup the tC has mystical powers that causes it to get into an irregular amount of accidents. What happened? Ran out of bad things to say about the car?

 

its because every one is paying attention to our tC's more than driving.

 

Don't think he mentioned anything about maybe selling it. Doubt he will since tC is only two weeks old and it will get fixed. Kind of weird you would say something like that.

Im going to be getting it fixed soon when the appraisial guy comes down. My shoulders still hurt from the accident should i go get it checked out, it wasnt that bad of an accident tho.

I will take more pics. my car is in the back right now. I was about to pass a double parked van, and this guy decides to pull a stupid stunt and go over the yellow line into incoming traffic and try to pass everyone. Im moving cars are coming toward him he pulls back into me.

 

I guess I am now another victim on the list. My car was hit last night. My black tC is about 4 months old though. I went downtown to a bar to pick up a friend (this is what you get for being a designated driver) pulled up outside and not 10 seconds later a lady backs right into me. I laid into the horn for a good 5 seconds. She nailed my driver side rear quarter panel and lower bumper. Still waiting for insurance to call me.

Wanted to ask - anyone from southern CA? Maybe know of a really good collision shop?

I will try and post some pics tonight. Very sad guys.
