also engine management.. you sure you wanna do this? you might be spending as much as those guys with turbos and built motor and only getting that amount of power that you mentioned not to mention you might be hurting reliability.
I would deffinetly like to see that. He would deffinetly be a first. What does he have done to it?
And if you have seen a guy running that, why dont you just copy it and add a little to it?

Yeah, show us that 250whp na tc. The only drag car I have seen running that was not running a tC motor. With about 10,000 or more in work I would expect you could hit maybe 225whp, but what you are asking is going to be a ton of money and work, if you even get there.
And I have no idea why you are shooting for such a specific number. Wheel dynos are inherently innacurate to a degree and even on the same dyno you will get more than a few hp variation from run to run. So asking for a hp number down to the hp makes little sense.

And with what you have, the pulley adds zero hp (it only aids in spinning the motor up faster.. that does not mean more hp. And a pulley makes such a minimal change in that it is a wash), the other mods add minimal hp. So you are probably about 110 hp short of your number right now

But like you are saying, its going to be so expensive, that you will most likely give up before hitting it.
And if you can hit that much HP na, you probably woundt be on here asking how to do it.
Not trying to bash, and its great to see you want that much power, but you need to give a bit more information and take the advice on what is REALISTIC.
