4 doors now, sorry tc
looks sick man. really diggin the blue on white. this looks A LOT like 09socaltc's clean job man. only thing is, im not really a big fan of the yellow overlay thing on the fogs. but other than that, dope ride. keep it up.
LOL you do know that 09socal basically jocked ktothesas right?
runs kinda like sh*t. the rear end has some probs. clunking when i let off the gas quickly. ive pinpointed it to the driveline and the diff. needs a new tranny too.
finally put some money into the car. built my coilovers the other day. no more bumpy ____ on the road.

heres the oe struts. i was probably the first person to touch these since the tech in japan 25 yrs ago.

after a bunch of measuring and cutting heres the mock up of the finished product. welded em together. now i have my suspension travel back and damper/ride height adjustments.
more pics to come soon

lookin pretty sweet. Hows the motor running? I dig those older toyotas. Ive recently become obsessed with the older volvo 240 sedans... I love the look of those things too. esp w/ a v8 swap, cant stop thinking about it.
I'm liking the DIY coilovers. There is a local junkyard that has a 87 Cressida for sale with 104,000 miles on it looking pretty good all around, engine bay was even clean. I asked the price and was told it's been sold, they're just fixing a few things before giving it to the buyer. They were asking $2,500, oh well maybe next time.
the motor is running pretty good. i replaced most of the seals, so the burning/leaking has stopped for now. i do have an electrical short somewhere in the steering column as well as a fuel issue. sometimes it just takes a few more seconds to crank at cold start.
