what is the thing on the back of the car where the rear bumper was? they put the exhaust there also. looks awesome and i wanted to see if anyone new how i could go about doing the same thing for my tc.[/img]

It's a spoiler...

 

It's called a rear diffuser. Essentially a spoiler, but on the bottom. Its purpose is to create downforce on the rear of the car and at the same time reducing drag and smoothing the travel of the air under the vehicle. (The result is a suction that keeps the car stable especially at high speeds.)
Used mostly for race cars only, as it's an expensive piece that requres a lot of R&D to create.
Some people probably would buy it for looks. Although I doubt it is for sale anywhere but custom.

You could probably ghetto rig one with a cf adjustable spoiler mounted on your bumper... but other than that, thousands for the custom job
