The aren't that difficult to put in. Think the most time consuming part is working the spring compressor.
If you search around you should be able to find a DIY on it. I planning on putting TRD struts ready soon, so I might be able to write something up for you when i do it.

Me and 2 other guys did mine yesterday with no knowledge except following the diy guides on here. Only took... 7 hours, but we're bad with cars only diy we've done is wheels and an exhaust. Just use a breaker bar and you'll be fine.
rear ones are a pain in the as$. u need to rent a spring compressor aswell. but its simple if u have all the tools. dealerships are nuts. but I know sum1 in huntington that will do it for 200 for u but its still alot
after hours motorsports. a guy that has a shop in his backyard 3 car garage pretty big use to have a turbo RS 2.0 tc now has a MS3 and a Neon srt4. 200 bucks his name on here is Nd_f4_spd_tc I think it was
Definitely call around. I'm sure you could find a shop willing to do them for $100-$200.
