ahh.. a scratch !
not a big thing but i have scratch on my passenger side, less than half an inch long n curved like a boomerang .. cud this have been caused by someone opening their door near my car? .. either way is there something i can put on it to make it go away or diminish its appearance?
ouch! Hopefully it's not that deep. I just bought something called ScratchX by Meguiar's and it works great. If the scratch is deep, it will help it, but won't take it away completely. If it's minor, it should take it out. Sorry to hear about the scratch.

if it's a minor scratch, it can usually be fixed with some car wax... if that's not available to you, i would try using lotion or something... if the scratch is inscribed into the paint, there's nothing you can really do but hope the wax or lotion will hide the scratch; unless you hav the money or time to repaint your door.
I try to park away from other cars, but I don't take up two spots or anything. I really want my car to stay door ding-free for as long as possible. My girlfriend complains a little, but she gets to ride around in my tC, so she's pretty happy.
