has anyone taken this center airbag module out?
if do can you give me a quick DIY
no pictures needed, just detail context will be helpful

Why?

 

if your reffering to the steering wheel airbag.
disconnect the battery, wait 30 mins or so just to be safe.
take off the necessary screws and your good. ive never tried completely disconnecting it and i would highly advise you not to.

i meant just the module head unit that controls all the airbags, not any particular airbag

 

remove the glove box.
its should be right down there somewhere,

i read somewhere it's under/behind the HVAC
so r u sure it's under the glove compartment?
i see people here gut everything in the tc
so someone gotta know where this thing is
if u can put a little time to save me a little and show me where it is
i'd really appreciate it !!

i'll start gutting it tomorrow anyways, if i can get it right, i'll do a DIY if it hasn't been made already.

 

isht, my bad, i was thinking of the ecu.
i think it is actually mounted on the floor behind the HVAC.
im pretty sure i saw it when i ripped everything apart to put my D3 in.
