One thing I forgot to mention was our Scion manager said what they showed him of it, that it reminded him a little of the RX8. Before he went there they said it would be a cross between the tC and the Fuse.
If this is the case then if anyone has seen the FT86 http://www.topspeed.com/cars/toyota-ft-86/ke3538.html Then you would have seen that this falls in that look that he described and the RX8 and tC/fuse look.
I'm going to show him a pic of the ft86 when I go pic up my xB and see if thats what they showed him.
I'll keep everyone updated.

Like I said before, I'm just going to wait to see what goes down before I start making any assumptions.

Since this threads been up I guess I can say what I know.
The 2011 (model # 6228/6229) tC will:
NOT be the FT-86
NOT a Boxter engine
NOT a Subaru Platform
Will be a Fall Release
Will mostlikely be at the Chicago and NY Auto Shows
Will Be 2.5L DVVT-i Enginve (2010 Camry)
Will have Sport Shift (5/6 sp Auto, 2010 Camry)
Will have VSC with Cut-off
Will have 18" Rims
Will be FWD
Should have everything that the current 09 tC has
Should be a more aggressive look (my assumption is more aggressive Fender Flares, front fascia restyling, tail light redesign, to be more competetive with the KIA Forte & some adjustments to the lines & angles)
Should be competetively tuned compared to the Current Camry specs.
(2010 2.5L DVVT-i is 169HP, probably will be 179-189HP tune, considering the current tC is 161HP vs 155HP in the 09 Camry 2.4L)
Hoping LED Head and Tailights (If going to be more "FUSE" ish)
Hoping Smart Key or push button start, but doubt it, but it would be nice.
