Hi. I just got this 2008 tC few weeks ago, and I did not notice that the rubber/plastic part of the base has gone missing until yesterday. The metal part is exposed and it does not look good.

I'v been doing research and the closest thing I could find is this: https://www.parts.com/index.cfm?fuse...&Title%3D-BASE

I feel that replacing the whole base just for the rubber/plastic part seems ridiculous considering the price tag. There's also the Metra replacement antenna which cost less (around $50) but still it feel too much.

If anyone who knows where to get a cheap replacement or any other method that could fix this with little cost please let me know. Thank you very much for your time.

If you have some junk yards locally then I'd suggest you hit them up first. You might get lucky and I'm sure it would be cheaper as well.
