I am having trouble finding insurance companies that have the TC listed on their website. The only one I found to have it on there site was AllState, which is who I am through now. They quoted me $820 for 6 months. That is a little higher than I want so I want to check around but can't find another company who has included the TC on their website.

Anyone else have any luck?

I'll take it if I have to, I just want to get it down to where I am now per month

 

i pay 830 every 6 months and my insurance company said it would vary by $20 if i get the scion

I got quoted from GEICO for 1179 for six months... used to pay ~1500 for six months for my IS... and that's with a SPOTLESS record, multi-car discount, AND being over 25!

 

Well my insurance doesnt have an xB listed- so forget about a tC

 

either geico or AAA that rated the IS300 the most expensive vehicle to insure. thats probably why your insurance was so much..

man, if i was quoted for 820 for 6 months, i would take it with both hands.. im still trying to get quotes from different companies. the best so far is 1350 for 6 months.

 

I'm with AAA for my IS and I'm paying 1400 a year. I'm in socal, above 25, spotless record.
I can't imagine paying more for a tC.

 

I just can't believe a Scion TC through Allstate at 28 yo with no accidents and no tickets is more money than I was paying when I was 21 and bought a brand new Mustang

I checked and its $250 more for the Tc than my current mustang

Hopefully I can find a cheaper company, I would like to see if State Farm would be cheaper since I could get a discount since I have my home owners insurance through them...so if anyone has had any luck with state farm...let me know

1025$ for 6 months with 250 deductible and full glass. I'm 28 with 6 points. This was my quote through my progressive insurance. Lot less than the 1400$ I was paying for my 1995 4-runner loan insurance. deeBO

 

I'm 21, and looking at about 1100 for 6 months, and that's with a couple of accidents (over 4 years ago though) and 1 ticket currently on my record, so I'm happy overall, not a great deal, but could be worse. And that was an estimate, so I had them compare it to a Celica, and it's still decent. I just hope that it doesn't go up when I actually get the car, then I'd barely be able to afford it, umph! But seriously, 820 seems pretty decent to me!

 

Since my grandma is cosigning we're putting the insurance under her name. Only checked one place but it came to 300/6 months. WAY better than putting it in my name .

 

$666 (i kid you not on that price) every 6 months for me (with a ticket or two on my record) on my parent's policy (being under 25 sucks ___).

 

My AAA agent quoted me $1,800/year. This is for a 25 year old also.

It would be $1,500/year if I keep my car and have multiple car discount....but then my other car would be $600/year.

 

I wonder how much it would be for a 17yr old male...under mommies name :D , with me as a driver I haven't ever gotten a ticket or anything, so my record is clean thus far. Seriously though, is there going to be any difference in surance rates between the ages of 17 and 25?
