off-topic but how is the ride on trd spring?

 

Almost like stock. The TRD drop is minimal, so they don't wear your shocks/struts out quickly. (Unless you have crappy roads. )

 

How much is the drop?
I am not sure if its the lip kit, the drop on this picture looks much lower.

Sorry I don't have a clean side-on pic. But yeah, I have the TRD springs. I also have the TRD shocks/struts and bars. The drop is just about right. I don't even have a lip kit and I still scrape the front of my bumper sometimes when I am coming out of driveways. Any more of a drop would just be too much.

Where do you guys buy your trd suspension and how much is it?
Its really tempting.

 

I got mine at the dealer and paid an arm and a leg. I wanted the parts and labor to be fully warrantied, plus I don't have the tools to do that kinda work on my own. I've done some of my own engine mods, but the full suspension package was done by Toyota.

I'm on 18s though. I highly recommend trdsparks.com!! They are great!! 'Nuff said.

so its just the springs? How about the shocks?

 

Shocks are more pricey. I think it's worth it though. Feels great.

How long can you go without shocks/struts if you just get a TRD drop? I live in NC and the roads are pretty good around here..
