Default Any TC owners running VW compatible wheels?

VW (5 lug jetta/golf), Neon, Cavalier, Celica/tC all have 5x100 bolt patterns, but the individual lug holes are slightly larger on VW wheels.

VW = 14mm
Neon, Cavalier, Celica, tC, Corolla = 12mm
Most aftermarket tuner lugs are 20mm wide.

My question is: Is anyone running VW compatible aftermarket 14mm holed wheels on their 12mm tC? If you have et30-35 Axis wheels, this may affect you. Have you faced any fiment or ride quality issues? I just bought some wheels that were on a VW. I spoke with someone at the TireRack, who recommended against it. Maybe I'm just being too cautious. I plan on getting hubcentric rings.

for shiz and giggles....

xA & xB owners dont have this problem since 4 lug VW wheels are 12mm. Please dont move to Bread & Butter.
