Who drives a silver tc with white wheels and has California plates currently in Illinois in the Chicagoland area?? a buddy of mine spotted this car in the suburbs.. sorry no pic, all he said was "it was a silver slammed tc w/ Cali plate on what appeared to be white rota grids"
