anyone got ideas on this problem?
This was happening to me all week. (I had to drive 1200 miles) Best thing I can say is check your driving pattern, tighten up the gaps if they are too big, keep off the cell phone and use your horn. People are not driving anymore they are finding ways of doing anything but that (talking, txt, phones and other random crap)so you have to pay attention.
I had one guy missing his exit and instead of slowing down he speeds up and whips it over (Across the large painted divider) into my lane. I was lucky that I caught it geared down, accelerated and squeezed into the other lane and back into my original lane to get away from hitting him. Then he tail gates me, go figure.

Um, yeah, Houston sucks for traffic, REAL bad. I don't get cut off though because I always have my HIDs on? Maybe they see me better, plus since everyone in effin houston has SUVs and Trucks they have blind spots out the asssssss, lol. Skanks.

Just remember, if you swerve to avoid someone who is about to hit you, and you lose control or hit someone else, YOU will be found at fault and on the hook for all the damages - unless the other driver sticks around and admits to it. And good luck with THAT!
You're probably thinking, "a witness will surely stop and provide their information!"
...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Toyota didn't skip out on the horn if you ever heard a 300ZX's horn. Oh man does that horn sound ridiculous.
We have small cars compared to SUVs. They are massive and they can't see us. There's a such thing as defensive aggressive driving. Anticipate a cars move, yet drive really fast.
Next time someone is about to hit your car, let them hit you. They'll be at fault.
