Automatic 2007 TC, relay issues?

Automatic 2007 TC, relay issues?
Trying to solve several issues with my daughter's '07 TC....
1) THe car intermittently shuts off. Yesterday I was messing around in the relay/fuse box and noticed that whenever I touch the ST relay (purple DENSO 567-0013in the upper left corner, beside MG/C) the car cuts off. I assume this means the relay could be bad.
2) When the AC is on, the radiator fan (driver side) cycles on for 1/2 second then stops. It does this every 5 seconds or so. It never really even gets up to speed. Another bad relay?
3) Probably related to 2), the AC isnt cooling well, if at all.
