Default azure blue...?

i have an azure blue tc, and i haven't seen many people with them online or on the street (well, i've only seen one other tc in denver on the street so far). is that color harder to find or are people not feeling it? thoughts?

It is the most rare of the tC's.

I think that Azure Pearl is one of the hard colors to get.... I've only seen one in person, and I think that it's a great looking color

I think most people just don't like it. I've seen mostly negative opinions about it on boards (of course I get compliments from strangers all the time on the car; go figure). If you can't tell, I have an azure pearl ;) I love it.

I think most of the negative opinions are from people who have never seen AP in person.... I'll admit, I was in that group who though "ewww a powder blue tC???" when I saw the color online... but when I saw it in person, wholy different story... AP is an awesome color

That might be it. Perhaps it's the whole "ricer" opinion of lighter blue colors. I almost played it safe by just getting silver or flint mica, but I asked the salesguy about the ap and he brought out the color swatch to a camry that had an almost identical color. After imagining it for a bit, I figured it'd look neat on the tC. I was pleasantly surprised when I finally saw it in the showroom

The azure pearl are extremely rare because they're so hard to get a hold of. I was going to get one. I waited for over 6 weeks for it and my dealership said that it would take at least 3 more. Then I accidentally totaled my old car and ended up having to get an Indigo Ink Tc. That was the quickest one they could get in. It kinda sucks cuz I really wanted the azure, but I couldn't go for at least 3 weeks driving a rental car . I still have yet to see one in person. I really don't mind the indigo. I'm starting to love it. I'm just happy to have a Tc period!

Oh, i've seen the azure in person, and laughed my ***** off. It's easily the worst color the tC has to offer.

I realize that. But alot of people see the car and say "chick car". Makes me think "chicks" have good taste.

AP is a great color. I test drove one, and loved how it looked under bright sun light (where I live, there's plenty of ). I've being waiting for 5 weeks since I put down the deposit for one, and still no ETA.

it's true that you have to see it in person. after looking at the colors online azure was near the bottom of my list of preferences, right above that black cherry color (no offense to anyone who has one...it's nice, but just not my taste). when i went to the dealership though they had an azure that had just come in, and i was floored. i couldn't be happier about it.

to the few of you who have an azure, have you tinted the windows? how does it looks with tinted windows? got any pics? i'm going to tint mine but i'm not sure how dark i want to go. i am having trouble picturing in my head how it will look with tinted windows.

That's not my car, but mine looks just like it ;) I'd post a pic of mine, but I did it on a cloudy day and it almost looks like the silver instead of azure pearl. Figured this would be a better representation.

Theres a hot chick at school with one. There is also a hot chick with a flint mica one.

Overall these cars are chick cars. The azure pearl just pushes it over the edge into ultra girly mode.
