And FWIW I LOVE this drop. It eliminates the ugly gap without slamming your car to the ground. Most cars that are slammed are still running 17" wheels and it makes it look weird.
This drop is perfect with the 18" TRD rims.

^honestly not much
stretch tires
roll rear fenders
slight roll/slight pull front fenders shave bumper/fender tabs
-1 camber front
-2.5 camber rear
and i took the extra step and cut out all the "scrape zones" out of the fender liners
as it sits right now, i have 0 rub/noise going straight, i have to be careful when turning or i can damage the front fenders on a dip or bump, thats expected with low offset/wide wheels and being so low (but imo its the only way to pull off the look)
sounds like a lot, but took about 2 weeks on/off to get everything dialed in perfectly

nice, not a lot of work so that makes it easy lol. i want to run an offset like that with the same width. and right now i have -1 camber in the front and -1.5 rear.
btw did you roll your fenders yourself or take it to a shop?
