so.... apparantly cartronixplus.com doesn't let you ship an item to an address different from the billing address...
I purchased the avic D3 with different shipping and billing address and it said that the card was good, but it could not send the item to the shipping address because it was different from the billing address.
I fixed the problem so that it was the same shipping and billing address and it was successful, approved, auth # and order # and everything.

So now the problem....
I was charged twice on my bank account, so I tried calling cartronix, but they are closed for the time being...
I logged onto my account on cartronix and it said I only ordered 1 item, Avic D3.

Should my bank account be able to remove one of the charge? or does cartronix have to alert the bank?

What to do...?

 

Put in a dispute on the second charge. Typically a bank willl ask you to do this in person so you can sign the form there. They will reverse the charge, and it is up to the vendor to then dispute if they feel you should have been charged. Just be sure to specify that only one of the charges was wrong.
