1" seriously? i'm on h-tech's and it's like.. perfect, any higher would look weird, and any lower and i'd rub hardcore, and they feel a lot better than stock, this is 1.9 in front and 1.5 in back lower, highly reccomended.
also, thanks for answering my questions, i have the oem sub for my '06 so it's wiring is a bit different...

my driveway is horrible, ask tC2_thumper, it's *really* bad, i don't scrape ANYWHERE though, and there are some monster speed bumps at our school too, he's in TRD's and I'm on H-tech's (lower than TRD) and neither of us have trouble, if i go too fast up my driveway though i'll scrape, but i've only done it like once.

yeah you need a spring compressor to make it easy, and even with one, it's still pretty time consuming, tC's rears are pretty hard too.
I made the job a bit easier on my friend and ripped up my car so he could get to all the stuff before i dropped it off to him, that shaved some time.
and well, he did it off the clock so if someone working there needed the tools he gave them up...
